Since 2013, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has produced and released the results of the exit survey of members of the Senior Executive Service (SES). In the 2017 SES Exit Survey Report, which includes the results from the 2015-2016 survey, OPM provided information on SES members’ perspectives on their service.
